Complaint against Holiday Gems
It’s so difficult to,get direct contact with this travel agency , even if you have situation can’t be on waiting ! . Every email you send it takes 3-5 working days to reply ! What about emergency? If you call them you are on hold and then charge your call £ 1’ 65 per mints ! I book a holiday with Gems this summer , they did not send me a bus shuttle information , while arrived to Majorca i could not find bus , I have to book a taxi costed me 90 euros as hotel is 75 km far from airport ‘ and I have to find by myself the bus shuttle information when I came back to airport ! I wrote many Email for them regarding this issue , the answer it’s under investigation ! More than a Month ? I did not expecting or asking for,refund but I wish no,one have that exeperance like I did , specially when you travel with young kid and can’t find the transfer you already payed for !
