[LAPSED] We have to pay 2 times for our flight

Complaint against Holiday Gems

Me and my family decided to book our vacation with holiday gems because we always travel with them,I even recommended them to my family and friends.!!! How embarrassed I was after this holiday everything went wrong!!!!from the very beginning right after I booked our vacation on line we get a phone call from them informing us that we have to pay more for a fight tickets,and extra for a luggage,I wasn’t happy but it happens information on line was wrong and lady said it happens sometimes because hotel prices at constantly charged. Then I been promised I will get to double rooms with a sea view or pool area We get a building site view!!!!!! But we just decided to let it go and enjoy our holiday In the end it is just the window view. But soon as we start to unpacking someone from Games Holiday call me and and announced Monarch company collapsed and we stuck in Lanzarote unless we pay for our trip home and ATOL Can pay for our tickets and we may get some money back but not for sure This ruined our holiday compleatly I will never again book a holiday with gems holiday I felt really despondent and embarrassed.
