Complaint against British Airways

I made an online booking on 3 March 2016 for a trip to Prague City Centre for 4 June 2016 and visa versa for the 6th June 2016. On 6th June 2016, at the Karlin Hilton, I asked the man at the transport section what time I should be here for my shuttle service to take me to the airport for my 17:10 BA 0861 flight to London Heathrow. The man at reception entered all my details on computer then attempted to telephone British Airways in the UK, however, no one answered the phone. He then phoned them in Prague and was told they had no record of it on their system. I provided my ATOL certificate, and travel documents and was advised to take a taxi outside and claim this back once in the UK. I wrote a letter of complaint to BA Customer Services asking for a refund of £23.30 and compensation. I was told that a refund of £23.30 would be sent to me within 7-10 days time. As nothing transpired, I escalated my complaint three stages higher receiving in each case no reply, no refund of £23.30 and no compensation. Having booked a three day package holiday amounting to £1,500.00 I am so shocked at the terrible Customer Service.
