Complaint against British Airways
I paid several hundred dollars over competitive flight costs to fly through Heathrow on a MORNING (non red-eye) flight from BOS. BA Cancelled that stuck me on a red-eye the night before. I had to cancel a hotel reservation (for a fee) and BA wouldn't assign seat until I got to the airport, by which time I was stuck in the middle. Now for the flight home, cannot check-in online or pre-select seat, so will be stuck in the middle again. Called several times, have empl. #s written down. Will be filing formal complaint under US Passenger Bill of Rights rules when I get home.
