Complaint against British Airways
I booked a return flight for July back in December 14 flying DUB-LHR-LAS and then returning LAX-LHR-LGW-DUB. Checked my booking today 12/06/15 and the return was not showing. Called BA to check and turns out they had cancelled the return leg but had not re-booked me or notified me. If I had not have checked I would have been stranded in LAX. I have now been booked onto another flight and told that they are 'sorry'. What makes this worse is that they have no channel off complaining. 'Customer Service' do not take complaints and 'Customer Relations' will only speak to you if you have already flown. Spoke to several different people who told me that I could fill out a form online (which went to Customer Relations) or wait until I had flown; there is no one at BA who will speak to me on the phone. No one seems to want to deal with my complaint and their attitude is simply 'we have no booked you on a flight so what is the problem'. It's appalling customer service.
