Complaint against British Airways
I travel to Nashville on 18th July 2016 with American Airline, my return flight from Nashville on the 24 July 2016, should be via Chicago and join BA 0294 to LHR Terminal 5. We held a World Travel Plus Ticket. All travel arrangements were changed in my opinion before we leave the UK, for us to return VIA Charlotte on the 24/07/2016. Our outward flight was delayed from 08.40 am to 17.00pm, we got on an earlier flight with AA, via Charlotte to Nashville. On our homeward flight we were route via Charlotte an onward to LHR with American Airline Flight No.AA730. This Airline do not operate World Travel Plus (Premium Economy), hence we were accommodated in economy on our return flight from Charlotte to LHR. I need the refund of the difference between the economy and Premium Economy as per my contract with BA. BA received my application on the 25/07/2016, on the 18/09/2016, I was informed that they are waiting on American Airline, to process my refund. I cant believe that one simple request should take four months to process. Looking forward to hearing from you.
