Charged me twice for the same journey for 7 people.
Complaint against Pegasus Airlines
While I am do the booking there is a word come across said hata in Turkish which is mean error I thought the booking it didn't complete so I made another one. after 5 minutes I received an email to say I have 2 booking for all my family(7 people) so I did cancelled one and they showed me a full refund ,after two days they only refund me £140 from £440. In three minutes I lost £300 because of a fault in there systems . I did write to them week ago and tried to talk to them but useless!! Please can you help? Thanks
