An item was took out of my bag by tsa who were instructed to do so by the air line.

Complaint against United Airlines

I had segway scooter in my bag which was a gift from my big brother to my 10 year old daughter. Not knowing the item had been banned by united airlines on the 11 of December, I expected them to inform me that a banned item had been found in my luggage and it needs to be removed but instead they chose not to inform me and went ahead to take the scooter out of my bag and as this is the very first time I've used the airline to travel from London to New York and back,I am very disappointed and would like them to make scooter available for collection so my brother can pick it up.This is a brand new segway scooter that cost 600 dollars .please contact me asap to arrange collection as its not fair that you can do this and as you broke the lock and forced entry it should of been made more clear to us that the said item was not allowed and at least give us a chance to take it out or collect it .!
