I flew with United Airlines on the 2nd March 2015, I was not given an immigration paper to fill in by the flight attendants. When I arrived at Newark Airport and queued (for 30 minutes) to enter into the country, I got to the front of the queue and was then told by the officer at the passport control that I had to get out of the line, fill in an immigration form and then queue back up! This added another 45 minutes onto my travelling, by which time my suitcase had been taken off the carousel and put to one side and delayed my journey onto the hotel. I am upset as this added time onto my journey.
