Complaint against South West Trains

I am getting more and more frustrated with South West trains service. I have been using the service for the past 6 years and in the past year the service has gone dramatically worse. The trains are regularly so overcrowded that I can barely get in, in the morning, this regardless of the timing – I have tried catching earlier / later trains but the situation is the same. Delays are the norm, at least 2 – 3 times a week. I have sent them a complaint requesting a compensation, as this situation is now unacceptable, it cost me over £1000k a year to cover just 13 miles a day in this appalling conditions. Not to mention the fact that I am regularly late in the office, adding unnecessary stress. South West trains has replied to my complaint with a long explanation of the issues they had recently been experiencing and did not even thought about offering a goodwill gesture to apologise for the serious inconvenience and the high level of stress they put me through. Unfortunately I cannot consider any other travel arrangement to go to work, otherwise, I can assure you, I will! Regards, Francesca
