I made a mistake with a name, booking through Love holidays to new York using Norwegian airlines. I phoned up within 4 hrs and the lady said I could change the name which would be $130 I asked for GBP which she said would be £110. I was also offered a refund, but I wasn't sure if this was an option as i didnt pay them directly love holidays did, so she told me to phone love holidays. By then their customer services were shut so had to wait until next day. They said basically that I had to deal with Norwegian directly so I phoned back Norwegian who now say it was £180 as l9ng haul and the other lady was wrong. How can she get it wrong, she asked me where I was going and had the details in front of her???
