Complaint against Norwegian

I bought a ticket from Buenos Aires to Barcelona for June 1st, 2018. Airline was Norwegian and stopover was London Gatwick on both ways. Yesterday while checking the Norwegian Website with my reservation number I found out not only my ticket to Barcelona had been modified for the following day but also, I was leaving London to Barcelona EVEN before I actually landed in London! I called the call center and a very not-much-customer-service woman said: - That I had bought the ticket that way (even when I told her I had confirmation email from both eDreams and Norwegian with the correct dates) - That yes, indeed, the airline had made the changes on my outbound ticket for the following day - That I had to Contact muy third Patty (eDreams) and see what they said. After being un the phone for one hour, supervisor for eDreams told me that the airline did approve total refund for my entire ticket (both ways) I did not receive any confirmation email and my reservation still looks active on both sites. I understand Norwegian will always blame It on the third party BUT: - they, as the airline, did the changes that commited my entire vacation and made me loose accommodation and other Air tickets booked - they sent me an email confirmation with my itinerary - no changes were informed after that - they are the ones not providing me with a suitable option that I can use. This being said, I así Norwegian to take charge on this issue and make sure I get there refund for the entire ticket I got (roundtrip) as they messed up my entire vacation. Hope you can help me! Being un Argentina makes claiming issues very difficult with this companies.
