Complaint against Arriva
Asked driver for a Urban day rider got a more expensive one. Do the bus drivers ever listen to what the customers are asking for obviously not is it because they don't know how to work the ticket machine or is it just pure ignorance. Think it's time you trained you staff how to be more customer focus instead of the money that way you will get customers back.
