Give me what I've paid for!

Complaint against Amtrak

I booked and paid for a roomette from LA to Oakwood and Amtrak have given me two seats in coach! When contacted I was advised to ring them but I'm in UK so that's not practical. Then when I emailed AGAIN I was just resent a copy of my incorrect e-ticket! I emailed AGAIN attaching screen shots and my incorrect ticket and I've had no response. My entire trip cost c$600 - the SF to LA is correct - why is my return journey so difficult?!
