Complaint against
Super Escapes
This Company only cares about how much money they can get out of you and have no customer service care, they lie and cheat you out off money, after cancelling 2 single rooms and going for a family room they charged the same price as the single rooms, they never have a manager or supervisor to talk to. You are lucky if they off free suitcase as a good Will but never offer to reduce the amount you pay for any changes
