Hi, When we arrived at hotel we had a power cut which resulting in issues.put in a room not suitable for a animal to live in. Bed sheets was dirty with brown marks on and bathroom terribly dirty (have pictures). Payed extra for upgraded room from yourself and the hotel was not aware of this so stuck us in a cupboard like room with view from window was a wall.door was broken too.had to pay extra to upgrade.I told told by yourself we would have late checkout as our flight was 4:45 am but hotel told us to be out by 11:45 am and wudnt give us late checkout which resulted losing a days holiday which was payed prior.not happy with the service in uk and at hotel.was told things from your sales team to sell the holiday but it was untrue and sold me extra things I didn’t need.i have pictures of the terrible hotel.please advise what to do next.i lost money on this holiday booking with yourself and except a discount on next holiday or percentage refund.it was a holiday from hell,got an email back from the hotel saying they wudnt except the complaint which is stupid as it such a mess.if not sorted im contacting trading standards to resolve.we lost a whole day of our holiday that cost us a small fortune,service was terrible after the holiday from yourself.you had my money now didn’t wana know.trading standers being contacted as not happy with the service and holiday.
