Complaint against Super Escapes
I want to let you know that I'm really disappointed about Super escapes customer service and sales practices. 1. It took 30 minutes for them to the get the trip and take passengers' details 2. I was charged extra £ 58 without consultation. I discovered it when I called the bank to get authorization code, 3. I wasn't informed about requirements and hours after they asked for UK residence proof to complete the booking at the hotel. It was never requested at any hotel around the world in my previous trips. 4. I have found out, later, that the assigned hotel is more than 2 hours & 47 minutes away from the airport but I wasn't informed about it. So it'll longer than fly from London to Mallorca? 6. After 24 hours I didn't get booking details but my money still reserved for them from my bank, 7. Today, I have requested cancellation and email confirmation of this and still waiting it, however, my money will take between 1 day to 4 days to return to the bank.
