Complaint against Premier Inn
This is the second email I have sent regarding a Complaint. My question is, will I get a response? It has been 7 days in which I last contacted you regarding my stay at premier inn Minster/Margate airport. I originally booked an paid 35 pounds back in 2014. You charged me again £92.50. You had all the other parties bookings just not mine when we booked them all together. Room was boiling hot, no one on reception, no communication between restaurant and hotel left us with 2 unused breakfasts paid for. Please respond this is the second form and 4th email I have sent. Disappointed is an understatement. We used you all the time with work!
