Not allowing me to change dates due to adverse weather
Complaint against Premier Inn
I have booked a room for two nights from tomorrow (2-2-18) with their saver rate which is non refundable/transferable. Due to the adverse weather we have currently got I cannot travel there and have asked Premier Inn that under the circumstances if they could just change the date of my booking. They are unwilling to do so. I understand the no refund part, bit considering the weather I would have hoped for a bit of flexibility on the date change.
