[RESPONDED] Shocking Customer Service and attitude for a group booking for children's dance school

Complaint against Premier Inn

During lunch and dinner the attitude at the heald green hotel manchester. Was a large group of 28/30. Customer service was ridiculous. Didn't want to divide bill cause it would take up too much time. Waited so long at the bar for drinks on every occasion. Bar staff inadequate. Cooked breakfast for 25, when only 6/8 had prebooked and another 4/5 paid in the morning. The service of meals was horrible after us pre ordering food by email months before. Waited and reception for a while to do check out. Just thought the whole attitude was shocking for such a big group. Thoughts because we were scottish. Not a nice experience. Will be other complaints

Hi In my own case. I received prompt return on this issue. I was given a refund on my room cost and a voucher for food. I would imagine most of our party will raise concerns and hope they are refunded. I used the voucher in a premier inn/ beefeater in Edinburgh which my faith was restored in customer service.
