Complaint against Vueling
They changed my flight going to Rome from 8pm to 10 am. This is not possible given arrangements already made. I asked to have it changed to a partner British airways with a flight which is at 7 40 but they refused. I asked to speak to a manager or the complaints department and they refused repeatedly. Out of the 4 people I spoke to, 2 hung up even though there was no abusive behaviour on my side. I was told to change my plans and accept the new flight or get a part refund with the extra expensive of the flight on me. Even though I bought the flight in April to avoid expensive flights. I needed this to be resolved quickly so I could make arrangements but they told me I had to fill in a form online which takes up to 21 days. Just 1 week before I am set to depart.
