Complaint against American Airlines
I flew from Philadelphia to London Heathrow on Aug. 31 on flight 728. My bag was unfortunately sent to Madrid. I filed a lost baggage form at the AA desk at Heathrow. I was told it would be arriving in London via Iberia Air on 9/1 at 6:30 PM. Since then I have phone the baggage desk 4 times and each time been told no one picks up the phone at the Heathrow baggage desk. They don't know if it has arrived back in London. They know nothing and the desk won't answer their phone. Even the online delayed bag tracker has no information. Do all AA employees really know nothing? Why won't the London baggage desk answer a call from the main baggage office? Why is no one up dating me as they promised? Do they think that I will just shut up and go away? I want some real information from the London desk asap. I am disgusted. If I did my job as AA does theirs, I would be fired.
