I booked a hotel through booking.com for sat the 12th March 1night stay. My daughter came down with a stomach bug which has now affected the whole family so I had to cancel due to this they are still charging me the £99. I understand they are t&c but it's so unfair as its out of my control. I rang them and explained, the lady said she'll see what she can do and placed me on hold for a lengthy time to come back to me and say nothing can be done, there was no offer to rearrange for another time. I'm so disgusted and disappointed.
