Complaint against booking.com
I booked a hotel Bridal Tea House Yaumatei Hong kong last December 7,2017 and cancelled on the same day for Free Cancellation knowing that I have an important affair on the supposedly date of my vacation January 1-3,2018. Yet, on December 11,2017 i was shocked when my Debit Card was charged Php ₱11,414.10. On December 20,2017 Booking.com emailed me that they have contacted the hotel on my behalf and informed me that the hotel had processed my refund 12/12/17 which I am still waiting up to this day. It has been 30 days and No refund appeared in my bank account. I am having a hard time waiting and calling the bank for the refund to take place but it is still hanging. I hope this booking.com company helps consumers to get their refund back by follow up.
