Complaint against booking.com
A booking was made in March to reserve a room via booking.com after booking which was had a no cancellation policy and fee. I initial made 3 reservations and place a reservation for this booking in error I immediately called the the accomadation to rectify after a number of calls and emails they finally got back to me.and refused my request to cancel. I was therefore forced to arrive at the accomadation and to my.surprise as expected it was not as it seemed in a run down location unsuitable for tourists which I was informed by the owners it was. The owners have been very deceitful and unreasonable throughout leaving me feeling vulnerable and stuck..booking.com are refusing to take my case and state it it is close ignoring my request to speak to a senior member.
