Complaint against booking.com
I cancelled a reservation through booking.com. Confirmation was received however they still took the money for the booking which was £225.00. It took several phone calls over 10 day period to get my money back however I then a got a telephone bill for £200! Never have I have been so shocked or disgusted at a company. EVER. They do not have a complaints team or department. I literally feel like I have been robbed by them twice and I've had to pay for their mistake. I am prepared to take this to a small claims court if I have to. It's actually sickening the way they treat their customers.
