Buses not running to Time

Complaint against First Bus

On 9th October I was travelling to Northfield to catch the 144 towards Bromsgrove, I was stuck at traffic lights on the west midlands bus, I saw the 144 go past ten minutes early, at 17.25 pm ( it was nt due out till 17.36 pm but it did not wait until the correct departure time. By the time I was able to get off the West Midlands bus, the 144 had gone, I then waited for the next one which was due at 18.11 pm that arrived at 18.35 pm which meant I had been waiting over an hour for the 144. I find this totally unacceptable, this bus service is a joke they never arrive when they should, always late !! I have tried to complain to the first bus company direct online but it asks for a bus ticket number which I dont have as I use my Senior Citizens bus pass and am not issued with a ticket, so it wouldnt let me submit the form.
