Complaint against First Bus
The 61 that is due at 6.57am did not arrive again it didn't come on the 10th or 14th of October resulting in me being late for work again, i am at the bus stop Monday to Friday at 6.45am with the dark mornings and being cold is not my idea of fun, I buy a yearly bus pass which isn't cheap, so I would expect the service to be available at the times you state, please improve this service as I cannot afford to lose any hours at work, being a single mother
