Terrible customer service support for travellers

Complaint against TAP Portugal

TAP Portugal have not responded to any of my emails about my flights which were possibly affected by the strike. I literally rang every 20-30 minutes all day on Saturday and Sunday and could not get through. They promised to issue a voucher but there was no way of getting it. When I finally got through on Monday the said my travel agent had to issue it. We had already booked alternative flights because we didn't want to risk losing our hotel. There was no information until today when our flight was confirmed and now they will not issue the voucher to us. They act as if we do not matter
