Stranded at Reus airport after accident with a closed Firefly office and no one answering our calls.

Complaint against Firefly Car Rental

After an accident we were dropped at Reus airport by the tow truck, no one was in the office and no one would pick up the phone in their Barcelona office (which was definitely open), the Girona office or their headquarters in Madrid. We waited in the airport for hours trying to get through but eventually had to find our way back to our campsite (1 hour away) at night. How can Firefly have no procedures for when a client has an accident? Or at least a functioning customer services number. This is not a language barrier issue as I can speak spanish and could communicate with the tow truck driver.
