Complaint against Emirates
As I put my luggage on the belt to be weighed at check-in, it read 32.7 kilos, so the lady behind the counter started to shout at me making comments about the airline, that it is not a truck company that can take my luggage, it is an Airline. I apologised and offered to pay the excess, she refused point blank and got loud and advised me that I will not be able to pay the excess, instead I need to take some items out of the luggage to make it 30 kilos.# I asked her not to shout at me and this is not the kind of customer service I expected from Emirates. She then said stop wasting her time and do as she told me to do. She also made a comment that if I wasted further time, I would then be escorted out of terminal by the police. I was dismayed to her attitude and behaviour. I asked her what her name was but she refused and she also did not have any id badge on her.
