Return transfer to airport never turned up

Complaint against Resort-hoppa.com

Altered transfer back to airport, got email confirming change and advised time to be confirmed 24 hours before due. Telephone calls and numerous emails. They did not confirm time and did not turn up. Constant emails from them just standard generic replys. Had to get another taxi at cost of £50... Not happy

I am pleased to advise that I have arranged for the full amount of your departure service to be refunded to the card used as payment for the booking. The amount of £45.48 will be available to see in your account within 7-10 working days, dependent on banking security checks. I cannot see through the correspondence that you have incurred any extra costs for alternative transport to the airport, however please could I ask you kindly to advise if you did?
