Complaint against Turkish Airlines

I was passenger in TK0055 from Singapore. The departure delayed two hours and arrival was at 07 45. At 08 15 I havd next flight but Turkish airlines did not help us. 31 people. The flight was lost and they offered me a flight after 13 hours. They refused to change the flight to Tarom and told us that is full booked. Tarom told me that they have many places and I need to buy one if I want. I have to accept the flight proposed but was too late and my patients did not meet me due unfriendly behavior of Turkish airlines staff. The hotel Hampton Hilton was too far away and cery cold in the room. I could not stay until 4 as they offered me I need the explanation and compensations for all my problems today Never I will fly with Turkish Airlines Viola Popov Colentina
