Complaint against Turkish Airlines
My baggage has not arrived on arrival to TLV on the 13.9.2015 only on the 16.9.2015, i had to buy all cloth, i sent a feedback to Turkish Airline and there answer is the following "We would like to state that, in case of such irregularities, an application should be submitted to our Company within 21 days as of delivery of the baggage, pursuant to transportation regulations In the light of this information, we would like to inform you that you should submit a written application within 21 days as of the date you receive your baggage, in the event that you suffer any similar irregularity during your next trips." I want to check if there is anyway to get refunded all the expenses i had on this delay even i coudnt get to complain to them in the first 21 days?
