Missed the flight as we were directed to the wrong gate
Complaint against Turkish Airlines
We were in Ataturk airoport around 19:00 on the 28/12/2017.,after the cheking the screen displayed London Heathrow 204,we went to the gate,two turkish airline staff confirmed that we were in the right gate. We sat there till 9:10 then we found it strange as our flight was ment to be at21:10 ,we went and checked the screen who displyed a diffrent gate 220,we run but was late.we approached the staff but no one was helpfull,they were sending us from one to another . We had to buy new tickets.we would like to get the ticket refund back as it wasnt our fault.
