Confirmed Compensation not received

Complaint against easyJet

My flight on 5th August 2016 was delayed and then cancelled and after consultation with Easyjet they agreed to refund the ticket (received) and compensate me €250 (£215.12). The cheque had allegedly been approved on 14th August and I have been waiting ever since to receive it. Firstly I having been back and forth chasing this and have been advised that it's in the post. However I am still awaiting this cheque. When I chased it again recently I have not had any response from Easyjet which is highly unprofessional and makes me believe they have not sent anything. It's quite tiring in itself to try and get this compensation and I would like this to be resolved as soon as possible. Thanks
