Racist, incompetent, inconsistent

Complaint against easyJet

Easy jet delayed our flight by 4 hours then took 1.5 hours to load the luggage on the belt. Made me miss everything I went to London for (work/family). I had reserved my car for 2 days and by the time I got their I only had it for one but had to pay for two. Then on the way back the next day, we checked in online and had our boarding pass printed a head of time. They made us go back in line to check in a bag that's a carry on bag. Had to stand in a huge line and after I told them I'm getting late all they said was sorry you don't have enough time and please go to customer service. Customer service didn't do anything and charged us again for another flight two days later. I had to pay for a hotel for two days and the flight. Two days later when I had to fly again, they allowed me to take the same bag as carry on(i have pictures). They also waited 10 minutes after the take off time for a passenger to take care of their bag and get it checked in(also have pictures). They cost me $1200 for a one day trip. Their customer service rep promised me a call back from a supervisor and didn't get any call back, they again promised me a call back from the airport and still nothing. All they did was message me on Facebook to tell me that they will stick by their staff decision and can't do anything! #difficultjet
