Complaint against easyJet
Booked flight to Amsterdam from Southend to attend funeral on the following day. Easy jet made announcement that flight was delayed approx. 15 minutes from boarding. Then said flight delayed for 1.5 hours. After this period the flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 10.40am the following day. Easy jet refused to give refund saying the the flight was rescheduled.
