Regards, Dawn Bates [email protected] 17TH October 2014 Attention: Complaints and Compensation Manager To whom this may concern, RE: Cancellation of Flight EZY8616 – October 6th 2014 Re-scheduled Flight EZY9616 – October 7th 2014 Under EU Regulations I am entitled to the above reference for the cancellation of my flight which the delay exceeded 12 hours. Easyjet staff stated the reason attributed for the cancellation was that crew ran out of flying hours. Cost incurred included expenses for travel to and from the airport and loss of earning for the day of the 7th.
