Was due to fly back from Malaga Spain on Friday 21st October but I was not feeling to well

Complaint against easyJet

I had booked a flight from Malaga to Manchester on 21st October, I was not feeling very well so we missed our flight. I spoke on the chat line to a lady called Jennifer who advised me to go to the airport and see if we could get a rescue flight which would cost £80 pounds each. this we did and spoke to a young man on the easy jet customer service who said he could do this but it would cast 220 euros. we didn't have that money with us so we said we would go back to the apartment and bring the money with us.The exchange rate for £160 pound was 177 euros.When we got back to the airport with the money another person was at the desk we explained our situation to him we told him we had come to pay the money All he did was to shout and say we were not listening to him but he did not want to listen to us He said to book a flight it would cost 300 euros for one way we ended up having to pay his attitude was terrible. I am hoping you can help us we have lost a lot of money and considering we fly with you a lot we hope you can compensate us with some of our money back
