WRONG TERMINAL STATED ON BOARDING PASS

Complaint against easyJet

I was flying from Antalya Turkey to London Luton on 27th May 2015.Flight Number EZY 2184.My boarding pass stated I was leaving from Terminal 2.On arrival at the Airport,the airport bus company told me I should be at Terminal 1.After much argument I showed him my boarding pass where it clearly stated Terminal 2.so he dropped other passengers and then took me over to Terminal 2.On arrival I went through the hassle of the entrance security which always takes longer as I`ve had a knee replacement.On looking at the departures board there was no mention of Easy Jet or my flight.I tried looking for an Easy Jet representative,but of course there was no one there.I went to Information who told me I was at the wrong terminal,Easy jet only flies from Terminal 1.Time was quickly passing and I was starting to get stressed.I am 74 years old and was travelling on my own.I had to wait for a taxi as there were others in the same situation.I finally arrived at the correct terminal and of course had to go through the entrance security once more.This is an extremely bad error that you made on the Boarding Pass. I would like an explanation and an apology.As I am a frequent Easy Jet passenger maybe you would like to give me some compensation towards my next flight with you.It was a most unpleasant stressful experience.If i hadn`t given myself good time to reach the airport I would undoubtedly have missed my flight. I look forward to your explanation.
