Complaint against Expedia

I sent Expedia a complaint, but they failed to deal with it and I Had no transfers to and from the airport when I arrived as they had sent an e-mail while I was on holiday saying I had not givern them enough information. I booked the holiday months before. They keep saying they have not got my e-mail and itinerary number which I have sent. I asked them to ring me, so I can speak to a named person but they will not. There telephone complaints are in India and will not except I am there customer, but continue to send nuisance e-mails advertising there holidays. I cannot get any named person to take responsibility. They are now calling me whoever.
