Complaint against Expedia
booked a package deal to singapore 28/2/15 to 13/3/15.we arrived in singapore on 1st to the bayview hotel only to find expedia had booked it for the 2nd. which meant we had no accomodation. my husband phoned them and the hotel sent the receipt to them which they said they didnt receive we had to pay one days accomodation for their mistake. when we got back we phoned them and they said that we needed an s number and when we got this we were to phone again and was given a m number we had to phone again once we got this and was told we would get a refund as they admitted liability nothing so far why????
