Complaint against First Choice

Booked my holiday in june last year for may 2020. Due to CIRCUMSTANCES I had to change my holiday to September 2020. Got told I had free child place still included. When booking was confirmed got the email and the free child place was not included. Phoned up again straight away and got told a manager was going to listen to the call and get back in touch day after. No manager or anyone phone me. After 4 calls later still got told there is no free child places and they are not going to waver it and they are not listening to the voice recordings what they say goes. Told them I want my money back I've already paid and said I'm entitled to half of my money back and that's it. NOT HAPPY. IM EVEN GOING TO TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER GOING TO SEE A SOLICITOR IN THE MORNING
