My honest review of First choice, we normally book with First choice never had a problem until this year, after booking a holiday i rang to ask a general question about the accommodation only to be ignored on what i was asking and just subjected to sales pitch, when i challenged the person at the call center was still ignored and he carried on trying to sell, i tried to speak to a manger but nobody was apparently available, all too busy to speak to a customer. I put this behind me and put it down to a one off, but no i tried to speak again this week only to get ignored again, they don't listen to what i was calling about again i wanted to speak to a manager and again told they were too busy to talk to me. I ended up writing an email to complain and all i got back was an email to thank me for my feedback. This is awful customer service and not the way to deal with customers, once they have your money they do not want to know if you like good customer service AVOID booking with TUI or First choice
