Complaint against Travelbag

Booked 2nd August 2017 for family holiday to Aisa to be taken in May 2018. I paid for flights hotels and transfares I paid what I was quoted at the time because Tracelbag said price were live and had slightly increased. So i paid by credit card in full. I had to ask tour operator to send confirmation which was sent on 9th August 2017 6 days later. I have been informed that there is an outstanding balance of £204.88. When I challenged this I've received a reply saying there was an increase in the price which tour operator had seen in an email between 6 days I was waiting for my confirmation. Is this my bill or Travelbag?
