Complaint against Bravofly

I am hoping that someone at Emirates can help us please. I have just sent off a complaint form to the EU Ombudsmen regarding no resolution to both of our legs of our upcoming fight, as booked with Bravofly. I have been promised email responses (from Bravofly) and two nights ago I waited up for a return telephone call and of course still no call. I keep being promised things from the customer team at Bravofly and still no resolution. I have contacted Qantas and Emirates in Australia and they have apologised and has said that Bravofly have to fix the issue. All that has to be done is that the Flights need to be changed ex MEL and ex SIN, we have accepted the alternative flights but still months on our itinerary has not changed we have no confirmed flights. I am happy to provide you with our reservation in a private message. Please can you address this immediately as we need to know that our Christmas flights will still be available to us.
