Complaint against Travelzoo
I booked a city break to Milan through Travelzoo in August 2019. In December I received an email informing me that the trip had been cancelled. Travelzoo refunded my deposit the next day however they failed to refund £40 that I had paid for reserved seats and cases. Despite numerous complaints from me and guarantees from Travelzoo that they would return my £40 I am still waiting on them to fulfill their promise to me. Eight weeks and counting. Disgusting treatment.
