Complaint against Virgin Atlantic
Outbound flight delayed for about an hour taking off at Heathrow. Feet and legs swollen on arrival. My return ticket was premium economy. Virgin sold my ticket therefore I had to travel back on economy. On found out about ticket checking in at the airport. Doctor had allowed me to travel because premium economy will allow me to stretch my legs. Due to not being able to travel in premium economy, I had to move all the time during inbound fight.
