Complaint against Stansted Airport
I parked my Honda Jazz on 4/4/17 til 7/4/17 and on return I was handed my keys and told where my car was parked. On approach to the car it should have unlocked remotely but didn't. I had to acces the cas with the key and on entering I found the battery was completely flat. I returned to the office and was just told go back to the car and someone would jump start it. I know the car would have to have been jump started to bring it back to the car park so I should have been informed when I collected the keys. I left and went home, a 2 1/2 hour trip, and contacted customer services for an explanation and an apology but was told my complaint had been passed on to Emparks. I waited for a reply from them but only silence. I emailed stansted again and still no reply. I have telephone on three occasions but I cannot get any satisfaction or even an apology.
